Biography

Born in northern Indiana, basketball & football were Brian's first loves.

A severe leg injury in middle school ended his hopes of playing football for Notre Dame and ultimately basketball as well. Brian was introduced to golf at age 14 and soon thereafter began training with LPGA Master Teaching Professional Patricia Kimball who has been his mentor and coach for the past 20 years.

Bound and determined to excel, Brian used every opportunity to succeed in his new sport. He painted his practice balls black to make them easier to find in the snow. He brought his clubs along to his summer job at a local driving range and, after hours, practiced by the light of his car's headlamps.

Since moving to Florida in 1997, Brian has worked for the world famous Bern’s Steakhouse and Sidebern's. He has competed and placed in numerous events including central Florida’s Moonlight Tour, the National Golf Association’s Hooters Tour, and Nationwide Tour.
